Embrace's Managed Care Companions provide "hands-on" care to seniors based on individual care plans developed by our Geriatric Care Managers. Our Care Managers are Master Level Social Workers and a Registered Nurse. Embrace’s Managed Home Care focuses on improving quality of life, increasing independence and finding ways to bring purpose and meaning into your loved one's life.
Managed Care Companions
All of our Managed Care Companions have one thing in common, a passion for caring for seniors. Each MCC goes through a thorough orientation and is provided with a detailed client care plan before being asked to care for your loved one. We trust our staff implicitly. So much so, that should the need occur, we would entrust them to care for our own loved ones.
