Home Care Manager Hired
We are pleased to welcome Heidi Carlson to the Embrace Care Management and Managed Home Care team. Heidi is our new Home Care Manager. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Lakeland College. She has worked with the senior population for 14 years. Her past experience has been primarily at a local assisted living facility where she was promoted from Associate Director to Director of Resident Services. Heidi has extensive experience in dementia care and training. She is also a State Certified OSHA trainer. Heidi's compassion for seniors is evident daily in her efforts to provide the best care for clients. Heidi is an active sports enthusiast both as a spectator and as a player.
Annual Chamber Golf Outing

Managed Home Care Introduced
