Mary is a Master Level Social Worker and a Care Managed Certified. Her passion for working with seniors and their families is evidenced by her more than 15 years working with this population. Mary's commitment to doing what is right for the client is carried out each day through the Embrace team she has brought together.

Spending time with family and friends is high on Mary's list. She also loves to travel, home decorating projects and golden retrievers.
Kathy has over 11 years of experience working with seniors. She has experience providing services to seniors in a variety of settings including: veterans home, inpatient hospital, community based program and hospice facilities. Kathy specializes in mental health and dementia care.
Each year, Kathy is involved in the Multiple Sclerosis Walk. Kathy loves dogs and has been home to several.
Judy is a licensed Registered Nurse. She has over 35 years of medical and administrative experience in the health care field serving as both Patient Care Coordinator and Director of Adult Care Services.
She has provided health care at various hospital and health care services in Wisconsin. The major focus of her practice has been to promote and provide comprehensive health care services.
In her free time, Judy and her husband enjoy remodeling his childhood home, gardening and spending time with their grandchildren.
Ginny has over six years experience working with seniors. She specializes in serving clients with dementia.
In addition to helping Embrace Care Management clients, Ginny also works part time for the Southeastern Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. Ginny loves to golf, ride her bike and take walks.
Heidi is our new Home Care Manager. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Lakeland College. She has worked with the senior population for 14 years.
Her past experience has been primarily at a local assisted living facility where she was promoted from Associate Director to Director of Resident Services. Heidi has extensive experience in dementia care and training. She is also a State Certified OSHA trainer. Heidi's compassion for seniors is evident daily in her efforts to provide the best care for clients.
Heidi is an active sports enthusiast both as a spectator and as a player.
All of our Managed Care Companions (MCC) have one thing in common, a passion for caring for seniors. Each MCC goes through a thorough orientation and is provided with a detailed client care plan before being asked to care for your loved one. (Unfortunately, there are too many Managed Care Companions to be pictured.)
